Story
After losing my beautiful, brave mumma to brain cancer on 15th July 2022, a day shy of her 65th birthday, it created a passion in me to do all I can to support the people who are working so tirelessly to find a cure for this devastating disease.
The Mark Hughes foundation is a cause that is so close to my heart. I cannot begin to tell you how much the support we all received during mums diagnosis, treatment and passing meant to us and to be able to help in their special cause is something I feel very privileged to do.
So on that note my sister Emma and I are gearing up and making a difference by raising funds for The Mark Hughes foundation for their vital research as well as support for brain cancer patients and we are going to Summit Mt. Maria.

The Mark Hughes Foundation (MHF) is a charity formed in Newcastle by Mark and Kirralee Hughes following Mark’s diagnosis with Brain Cancer in 2013. The Mark Hughes Foundation’s mission is to raise much needed funds for research, to create awareness and support brain cancer patients and their families.
